At Divine Ayurveda, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and ship your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods (festivals, sales), processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
We offer delivery across India via trusted courier partners.

Standard Shipping 5–7 business days
Express Shipping 2–4 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 may apply.

  • Express shipping charges (if selected) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking ID and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

5. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery:

  • We will contact you to confirm the address and arrange re-shipping (additional charges may apply).

  • If we do not receive a response within 7 days, the order may be canceled and refunded (excluding shipping charges).

6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item. We will assist with a replacement or resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. International Shipping (Optional – Remove if not applicable)
Currently, we only offer shipping within India. For international inquiries, please contact our support team.
