Refund & Exchange Policy – Divine Ayurveda

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available only for products returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging within 7 days of purchase. Items returned beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@divineayurveda.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photographs of the product (if damaged or defective)

Our team will assess your request and provide return instructions if your refund is eligible.

3. Refund Timeframe
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the credited amount will reflect in your bank account or original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items Only)
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you need to exchange a product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Once approved, the exchange process will be initiated within 2–3 business days, and the replacement will be delivered within 5–7 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or used health supplements and personal care products

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Items not purchased through our official website

  • Digital/downloadable items and gift cards
